CRM Software Developer and Consultant
JOB FUNCTION:
Software Developer and Consultant in
the area of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Consultant
interfaces with customers to identify, develop, and integrate
CRM solutions to meet predefined requirements. MUST BE
ABLE TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH END USERS AND CUSTOMERS!
TASKS:
- Develops technical plan for development,
test, integration, and implementation of customer driven
CRM solution based on customer needs analyses and assessments.
- Development of the application, its databases, and interfaces
to supporting applications.
- Provides input and assists in the planning, assessment,
and implementation of development/technical goals and
objectives, in line with overall customer goals and objectives
- Convert and import data between legacy systems and the
CRM application
- Design, code, and test customizations to support specific
customer business requirements.
- Design and execute test strategies to insure correct
function of basic customizations.
- Document functional and technical specification of customized
solution.
- Contribute content to weekly status reports on task
responsibilities and issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE 3+ YEARS OF DEVELOPMENT
EXPERIENCE IN CRM (Sage CRM SalesLogix, Microsoft Dynamics
CRM, Sage CRM, or others)
- A reputation for Integrity and Honesty.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the
ability to work effectively with customers in a wide range
of settings.
- Should have in-depth knowledge in Visual Basic, HTML,
SQL, ASP and scripting languages.
- Advanced written communication skills, particularly
documentation skills.
- Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate
needs assessments, customizations, and methodologies.
- Sound knowledge of systems architecture, and the logical
and physical levels.
- Knowledge of software development principles and processes,
methods, and techniques.
- Good mix of business analysis skills and software development
skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM, Sage CRM, Sage CRM SalesLogix,
KnowledgeSync, and Scribe software are preferred.
- BS in Computer Science or similar degree preferred.
